Shipping
What it costs
Standard shipping anywhere in the United States is a flat 11.99 USD, however many items you order. Orders of 200.00 USD or more ship free. The cost is shown in the cart before you pay, so there is nothing to work out.
How long it takes
Orders placed before 2pm Eastern on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after that, or at a weekend or public holiday, go out on the next working day.
Delivery is by UPS Ground and normally takes two to five working days once the parcel has left us. You will get a tracking number by email when it ships.
Where we ship
We ship to addresses in the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. We do not currently ship outside the United States.
If something goes wrong
If tracking has not updated for three working days, or the carrier has marked a parcel delivered and you do not have it, write to support@mytonline.store and we will open a trace and sort it out.
