Returns and refunds
Thirty days
If you change your mind, you have thirty days from the day your order arrives to send it back. The item needs to be unused and in its original packaging.
How to return something
- Write to support@mytonline.store with your order number and what you want to return.
- We will reply with a return address and a reference number.
- Pack the item securely and send it back. Keep your proof of postage.
Return postage is yours to pay unless the item was faulty, damaged or not what you ordered, in which case we cover it.
Refunds
Once the item reaches us and we have checked it, we refund to the original payment method within five working days. Your bank may take a few days more to show it. We refund the price of the item and, if the whole order goes back, the original shipping too.
Faulty or damaged items
Send a photograph and your order number within thirty days of delivery. We will replace the item or refund it, whichever you prefer, and we pay the postage both ways.
Things we cannot take back
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns of items that have been used outdoors in wet conditions where the damage is not a fault. Everything else is covered.
