Terms and conditions
These terms govern your use of this website and any order you place through it. By placing an order you accept them.
1. The contract
Your order is an offer to buy. The contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you place the order or when payment is taken. If we cannot fulfil an order we will tell you and refund you in full.
2. Prices and payment
Prices are in United States dollars and include no tax unless shown at checkout. We take payment when you place the order. If a price is listed wrongly through an obvious error we will contact you before dispatching and you may cancel.
3. Billing descriptor
Payments for orders placed here are processed by this store. The name that appears on your card or bank statement may differ from the brand name on this website.
4. Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. Risk passes to you on delivery. See our shipping page for current costs and timescales.
5. Returns
Your statutory rights are not affected by anything here. Our returns policy is set out on the returns page and sits alongside those rights, not instead of them.
6. Liability
We do not exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for fraud. Otherwise our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it.
7. Product information
We describe our products as accurately as we can. Colours shown on a screen can differ from the item in your hands. Dimensions are approximate unless stated otherwise.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of the state in which this business is registered, and the courts of that state have exclusive jurisdiction.
